Download Vistra

Two apps. Install Vistra System on the clinic PC. Install the Waiting Room app on the TV PC. Do not install Vistra System on the waiting-room TV.

Doctor and reception computer. Organisation settings (screen, layout, call-in) and Clinician Hub.

TV / waiting-room PC

Waiting Room

The patient call-in screen. Copy this folder to the TV PC. Keep Vistra System running on the clinic PC.

Download Waiting Room (.zip)

Extract on the TV PC. Run Configure-WaitingRoom.bat, then Install-Autostart.bat. HDMI TVs plugged into the clinic PC do not need this app.

Clinic PC

Install Vistra System

    Run the installer on the doctor or reception PC.

  2. 2

    Open Vistra System and sign in with the organisation account.

  3. 3

    Set Screen, Layout, and Call-in. Start the web server if the TV is on Wi‑Fi.

  4. 4

    Clinicians sign in on the same app for Call In.

Waiting-room PC

Install Waiting Room

  1. 1

    Download the Waiting Room ZIP. Copy the folder to the TV PC (for example C:\Vistra\waiting-room).

  2. 2

    On the clinic PC, note the Vistra wireless URL or IP (Screen tab).

  3. 3

    On the TV PC run Configure-WaitingRoom.bat and enter that IP.

  4. 4

    Run Install-Autostart.bat, then Start-WaitingRoom.bat to test.
